  • Is the choice of an oil in the “oil menu” for my massage free?
    Yes, you just have to make your choice and let us know before your appointment or when booking an oil massage, your choice is included in the price of the massage. (while stocks last on the day of your visit)
  • Is it possible to have an erotic massage?
    No, no possibility of erotic massages or any other services of this kind are provided in our Thai massage institute! The massages carried out at Thai House massage are traditional massages carried out by qualified and qualified staff and we place a point of honor on the authenticity of Thai massages and their quality.
  • Are you open from 8:30 a.m.?
    Our wellness center is not open, but you can easily book a service (online recommended). We will therefore welcome you, by appointment only, from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday to Friday and from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Sunday.
  • Are you open on Sundays ?
    Yes, we are open on Sundays from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • Is it possible to choose the masseuses for my massage?
    You can do this without problems when booking, it is easier to do it online. This way you can also choose the time, duration, type of massage and the person who will perform it.
  • Where are you located?
    Our Thai massage institute is located in the Varembé district, between Servette and Nations, in the canton of Geneva. At the address : Thai House Massage 18, Rue de Vermont 1202 Geneva
  • Can I choose the duration of my tanning session?
    The solarium is not in (self-service) mode, but managed by on-site staff who will advise you on the duration of your sessions and on various precautions to follow, in order to be able to tan in complete safety. We keep a schedule of your tanning sessions up to date and notify you when you need to take a break. The ideal is to make an appointment online and simply respect the order of the tanning sessions.
  • Are massages reimbursed by insurance?
    We are not able to clearly answer this question, it all depends on your insurance and supplementary insurance. Some of our customers have part of the bill refunded and others do not. We are not ASCA approved and this is often a criterion imposed by certain insurance companies for reimbursement. We therefore advise you to check with your insurance company before making an appointment.
